Weigh-In Day, Week 14

It’s a great week. Down 2 whole pounds! Woohoo. Total of 12 pounds lost in the past 14 weeks, I am now down to 236, less than 100 pounds to go. Only 37 pounds until I’m under 200! Definitely feeling better now than I did back then.

How about you? Have you had any results or setbacks you’d like to share?

    I must confess that my weight has gone up rather than down lately. …I know why! Poor eating choices, lots of nibbling in the evenings, no tracking, very little exercise… So it’s time I do something about it!

      Knowing why is the first step. 🙂 You can do it too, Mom. I know its not easy, and definitely not always fun and it interferes a lot with day to day life (or is it life that interferes) but it is doable! I’m here for you any day, any time.

    You’re such an encouragement to me. Since mid-March I’ve started doing something about my food intake, and I just hit the 10lb lost marker…I’m now less than 200lbs which is very motivating.

      That is awesome Justy! Way to go! I just get so encouraged knowing there are others trying and I’m not doing this alone. Keep it up, when I’m in Ontario in July 2014 maybe we can have a swimsuit contest! Haha!

    I had lost 10 lbs just before we left on our trip, gained 3.5 lbs back, but I’m ok with that. The yummy food and good time away was worth the extra work I’ll get back to next week, when it’s time to get back into the right eating habits and exercise.
