Weigh-In Day, Week 22

Woot woot! I did it! I lost 2.5 pounds this week which means the little butterfly gets to move over another 1/2 pound from the last time I lost.

This weeks efforts have included making daily time for  a good heart-pumping, sweat-inducing workout. I am using the Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt DVDs on alternating days, switching up the intensity levels on alternating days as well so its never the exact same workout.

I have become horrible at tracking my food lately, mostly because I eat on the fly a lot and hardly have time to eat my food, let alone sit down and analyze it to figure out how many points its worth. So I have been making sure to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, sticking to lean protein and limiting the amount of starches I eat on a daily basis. Seems to be working as I have lost that 2.5 pounds, right? I still have my coffee with caramel every day, although I did switch to using Fat-Free milk about a month or so ago and you know what? I don’t even hate it.

I continue on and hope for the day when I will finally drop out of the 200’s on the scale. Down to 233.5 now. Almost out of the 230’s!

    Good job Little Mama! I’m proud of you! FYI – I’m trying to lose a few pounds and have been successful by eating lots of fruits and veggies and reducing, and on some days completely eliminating, breads/baked goods. I’m down about 4 pounds in two weeks. And I don’t miss the breads much at all. Let’s keep truckin’!
